Lance Hegland

Lance Hegland is our product development, testing, and customer experience specialist. He has extensive experience in process improvement and enabling accessibility, building bridges between user communities and service providers. Lance has held numerous council and advisory roles for Minnesota non-profits and state agencies, including Hegland Direct Support Team, the Bush Foundation, Minnesota Department of Human Services, and Hennepin County Medical Center. Additionally, he has held development and design roles for several technology firms. Lance holds an MBA from the Opus College of Business, University of St. Thomas, and a BA in Mathematics from the University of St. Thomas.
