Greg Mazares

Greg Mazares has more than 43 years’ experience as a senior executive including 34 years in litigation services and legaltech. Greg is currently Executive Chairman of ModeOne Technologies, on the Board of HCMC Legal, Inc., and an M&A advisor to legal industry investment bank Arbor Ridge Partners. Previously, he served as EVP and Global Director of M&A for KLDiscovery Inc, president & CEO at Encore Discovery Solutions, and president of sales at Discovia. Greg co-led the acquisition of 40+ court reporting firms to form Esquire Deposition Services, then served as president. Greg holds a B.A. in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
